Shortage of Electricity in the Village

Firstly, I would like to give a short note about this department

As you all know, this department comes under the Ministry of Power. Almost every activity for producing any commodities or any non-living things is done through machines, which cannot run without electricity. It means electricity is the backbone of the world. No work can be done without it.

In the present day, electricity has become a basic need for poor families as well, so this department plays a vital role in providing electricity to every corner of the world.

Now, I want to disclose some activities related to the stealing of electricity by the department, which are being neglected in small villages nowadays. I have only one question for the Department of Power why are you discriminating against farmers? Why is electricity supplied only for some hours and not for 24 hours? Why is there a limitation of time only for farmers and not for others? And why is there a rule for them to be on time?

At present, in the village, for the first 15 days of the month, electricity is supplied only at night, and for the remaining 15 days, it is supplied during the day. Due to this management system, they also suffer from the cold weather at night. Because of this schedule, they are not able to take care of their health.

Farmers are also human beings. Some farmers are totally dependent only on their crops. Once the crop is destroyed due to a shortage of electricity, everything is over for them because they are incapable of properly utilizing water. The government tries to hide behind technical words like “load shedding” or “power outages.” I want to know why these words come only when farmers raise their voices in front of the government.

I want to ask one simple question can you produce wheat directly from machines? No, you cannot. You are breathing today not just by the grace of God, but because of the person who stays awake the whole night watering the crops and preparing food for you and that person is none other than the farmer. He should also be treated as well as politicians.

As you all know, agriculture serves as the backbone of India’s economy. It contributes significantly to overall economic development.

Here, the conclusion comes to the topic “Shortage of Electricity in the Village.” I have one request for the department that proper electricity should be supplied to farmers, and the government should also provide more subsidies for solar panels so that farmers can purchase them as much as possible. By doing this, they can also fully contribute to the nation by supplying food.
