With reference to Vishakha Judgment 1997, The Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Bill 2006, Maharashtra Govt. Resolution General Administration Dept. No. SRV-1099/73/MKA, dated 19th May 1999, and section 4 (Gender Sensitization, Prevention and Prohibition of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students and Redressal of Grievances in Technical Institutions) of All India Council for Technical Education Regulations, 2016 of Internal Complaint Committee (Women Grievance Cell) has been constituted.
