Today was a day of dynamic learning and creative expression at Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School, as Diksharambh 2025 continued to unfold with inspiration, insight, and innovation for the PGDM & PGDM Global Batch 2025–27.
The day began with a powerful interactive session led by Director Dr. Amol Gawande, where students received first-hand insights into leadership, institutional vision, and the transformative possibilities that lie ahead. This was followed by an engaging orientation session by Dr. Asha Kiran on the Centre for Learning and Development, highlighting the many ways DYPBS supports holistic growth and career readiness beyond the classroom.
Adding a creative edge to the day, the Reel Making Challenge for Real Managers brought energy, originality, and collaboration to the forefront. Students took on the challenge of expressing management insights through reels—blending storytelling, strategy, and bold self-expression.
Together, these sessions created a well-rounded experience that blended intellect, inspiration, and imagination—laying the groundwork for a memorable journey at DYPBS.
