On 24th June, students will have the opportunity to explore the profound impact of mindfulness in their personal and professional lives. Ms. Sarabsri Kaur, a Mindfulness Facilitator, Psychotherapist, and the Founder of Mindful Check-in, will lead a session titled ""Mindful Beginning: Power of Presence"" from 02:00 p.m. to 04:00 p.m.This session will guide students in understanding how being present can enhance focus, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being—key elements for success in both academic and corporate environments. A powerful introduction to mindfulness, this session promises to help students start their journey with a calm and centered mind.
