An insightful session, organized by IQAC and the Placement Department at Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School, Pune, empowered students with real-world perspectives on what leading organizations expect from MBA/PGDM graduates. Mr. Rahul Dabi, Assistant General Manager, Human Resource and People Services at ŠKODA, shared practical wisdom on bridging the campus-to-corporate gap. The event covered essential skills such as impactful presentations, effective time management, and overcoming the challenges of public speaking. Students actively engaged in discussions, gaining valuable guidance on prioritization, dealing with difficult tasks, and mastering organizational skills. Such industry-driven interactions play a vital role in preparing future leaders to meet corporate expectations with confidence and competence.
