The Psychology Department at Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School, Pune successfully hosted a two-day Expressive Arts Therapy workshop on 23rd and 24th September 2025 with Ms. Ridhi Sachdeva, Psychologist and UNESCO-CID Licensed Expressive Arts Therapist & Trainer.The interactive sessions showcased how art, movement, and storytelling can be powerful tools for emotional well-being, stress release, and self-discovery. Students experienced the healing potential of creative expression, learning to channel emotions into growth and resilience.
