Objectives:
The Club Orientation Programme was organized to introduce the newly inducted PGDM students to the various student clubs functioning within the institute. The primary objective was to familiarize students with the purpose, vision, and activities of each club, encourage active participation beyond academics, and help students understand how clubs contribute to leadership development, teamwork, creativity, communication skills, and overall personality development.
Detailed Report:
The Club Orientation Programme was successfully conducted on 11 July 2026 in the institute auditorium with enthusiastic participation from the newly admitted PGDM students. The session was designed to provide students with a comprehensive overview of the institute's clubs and the opportunities they offer for holistic learning and professional growth.
The programme commenced with a welcome address by the Faculty Coordinator, Dr. Smriti Shukla, who emphasized the importance of extracurricular engagement in management education. She highlighted how student clubs serve as platforms for experiential learning, leadership development, networking, event management, and skill enhancement.
The faculty coordinators of the respective clubs were introduced to the students and presented the objectives, vision, planned activities, and opportunities available within their clubs. The following faculty coordinators were present during the orientation:
