Objective
• To create awareness among students about the growing impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on businesses and employment opportunities.
• To help students understand how AI can be effectively implemented in their respective specialisations such as Finance, Marketing, HR, Business Analytics, and Operations.
• To develop practical decision-making, leadership, communication, and professional ethics through real-time business simulations.

Activity Details
1. Introduction to AI and Future of Employment
The session began with an interactive discussion on the evolution of Artificial Intelligence and its impact on industries worldwide. Students learned how AI is transforming traditional job roles, automating repetitive tasks, and creating new career opportunities requiring analytical, technological, and problem-solving skills.
2. AI Implementation in Different Specialisations
Students explored practical applications of AI in various management domains:
• Finance: AI-based fraud detection, investment analysis, credit scoring, and financial forecasting.
• Marketing: Customer segmentation, recommendation systems, digital marketing automation, and consumer behaviour analysis.
• Human Resource: AI-driven recruitment, resume screening, employee engagement, and performance evaluation.
• Business Analytics: Predictive analytics, dashboard development, data visualization, and business intelligence.
3. Real Business Scenario-Based Assignment
Students were divided into teams and presented with practical business situations where AI could be used to solve organisational problems. Each team analysed the scenario, evaluated available alternatives, and made business decisions within a limited time. They justified their recommendations based on business feasibility, ethical considerations, and organisational objectives.
4. Decision-Making and Organisational Hierarchy
Students learned the importance of following the reporting hierarchy while making workplace decisions. Through role-play activities, they practised preparing professional reports, communicating with senior management, escalating issues appropriately, and obtaining approvals before implementing critical decisions.
5. Professional Communication and Workplace Etiquette
The session emphasised effective communication skills required in corporate environments. Students practised professional email writing, meeting etiquette, respectful communication with seniors and colleagues, presentation skills, and maintaining professionalism while making decisions under pressure.
6. Workshop Participation
Students actively participated in all workshop activities with great enthusiasm. The interactive exercises, business simulations, and group discussions encouraged teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, and confidence in handling practical business challenges.

7. Outcome Analysis and Corrective Measures
Each team presented its decision-making process along with the expected business outcomes. Faculty and resource persons discussed the positive and negative consequences of each decision and provided constructive feedback. Students identified possible risks, learned from mistakes, and suggested corrective actions to improve future business decisions.

Learning Outcomes
• Developed an understanding of AI's impact on industries and employment.
• Learned practical applications of AI across different management specializations.
• Improved analytical thinking and time-bound decision-making abilities.
• Understood the importance of organizational hierarchy and professional reporting.
• Enhanced workplace communication, corporate etiquette, and teamwork.
• Gained confidence in evaluating business outcomes and implementing corrective actions through real-world business scenarios.

Conclusion
The session successfully bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical business application. Students gained valuable insights into how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping modern organizations and how future managers can effectively integrate AI into their respective domains. The hands-on activities, case-based discussions, and professional communication exercises equipped students with essential managerial competencies, enabling them to make informed decisions, communicate effectively, and adapt confidently to the evolving corporate environment
