Objectives:

The workshop was conducted with the following objectives:
1. To develop an understanding of the startup lifecycle, from idea generation to business growth.
2. To introduce practical sales techniques that help startups acquire and retain customers.
3. To familiarize participants with effective marketing strategies suitable for startups and emerging businesses.
4. To enhance students' understanding of branding and positioning in competitive markets.

7. To strengthen participants' communication, pitching, and business development skills.

The workshop "From Ideas to Impact – Selling and Scaling a Startup" was organized to provide students with practical knowledge and essential skills required to transform innovative business ideas into successful and scalable ventures. In today's highly competitive entrepreneurial ecosystem, having a great idea alone is not sufficient; entrepreneurs must also understand how to effectively market their products, acquire customers, build a strong brand, and scale their businesses sustainably.
