Objectives:
The Reel Making Competition was organized to encourage students to enhance their creativity, digital storytelling, communication, and content creation skills through short-form video production. The competition aimed to promote innovative thinking while enabling students to effectively communicate meaningful ideas using social media as a professional engagement platform.

Briefing Session (13 July 2026)
A briefing session was conducted on 13 July 2026 to introduce students to the Reel Making Competition and explain its objectives. Students were made aware of the significance of digital content creation and the growing importance of short-form videos in marketing, branding, and communication. During the session, participants were briefed about the competition guidelines, registration process, and submission procedure. The do's and don'ts for creating original and engaging reels were clearly explained to ensure fair participation. To inspire creativity, several theme suggestions were shared with the students, providing them with ideas while allowing them the flexibility to develop unique concepts.
The judging criteria were also explained in detail, including creativity, originality, relevance to the theme, storytelling, technical quality, and overall impact. Students were informed that 18 July 2026 would be the last date for uploading their reels and completing the registration form.
Final Presentation and Judging (20 July 2026)
The final round of the competition was held on 20 July 2026, where participating teams presented the concept and inspiration behind their reels. Each team explained the creative process, challenges encountered during production, and the key message they intended to convey through their content.
A total of five teams participated in the final evaluation. The presentations were assessed by Dr. Sunita Ramchandani and Dr. Sunita, who appreciated the creativity and effort demonstrated by the participants. Constructive feedback was provided to each team, highlighting their strengths and suggesting areas for improvement in storytelling, editing techniques, audience engagement, and presentation. After a comprehensive evaluation, Team Alpha was declared the winner for its outstanding creativity, impactful message, technical execution, and overall presentation.
