Objectives:
1. To provide students with a platform to showcase their artistic and creative talents.
2. To encourage students to participate actively in cultural and extracurricular activities.
3. To promote self-expression through singing, dance, poetry, and other forms of artistic performance.
4. To develop confidence and stage presence among participating students.
5. To provide opportunities for both individual and group performances.
6. To encourage teamwork and coordination through group performances and event management.
7. To help students overcome stage fear and develop performance skills.
8. To provide practical exposure to students in areas such as anchoring, stage management, technical coordination, discipline, and event organization.
9. To identify and appreciate diverse talents within the student community.
10. To contribute towards the holistic development of students through creative and cultural engagement.

About event:
Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School, Pune organized “Kalantar – Show Your Talent” on 31st July 2026 from 12:00 PM onwards at the Auditorium, 5th Floor. The event was organized as a vibrant platform for students to showcase their artistic talents, creativity, and performance abilities.
The event featured a diverse range of performances, including Solo Singing, Solo Dance, Poetry/Shayari, Duet Dance, Group Singing, and Group Dance. The final sequence consisted of 20 performance entries, providing students with opportunities to participate both individually and as part of groups.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and created an energetic and engaging atmosphere in the auditorium. The performances reflected the diverse creative abilities of the student community and provided participants with an opportunity to express themselves confidently on stage.
The event was supported by a student management team responsible for various aspects of the programmed, including Singing, Poetry, Dance, Technical, Stage, Discipline, Anchoring, and Overall Coordination. This provided students with practical exposure to teamwork, event coordination, stage management, and responsibility.
